Meet TONY and BIGSCREENBOARDS
Tony Liberatore
3-time ADG award nominee and 1-time winner, Tony is one of the most sought-after visual storytellers working in Hollywood today. He has created storyboard and animatic sequences for some of the most memorable blockbuster action films of the last two decades including work on numerous Marvel franchises including Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, both Black Panther movies, The Eternals, Venom, Captain America: Brave New World, and The Thunderbolts. Tony helped design many of the thrilling car chase scenes featured in The Fast and Furious franchise as well as the action tentpole film Bad Boys for Life. Tony started his career in the early 2000's drawing commercial shooting boards for all the major advertising agencies and commercial production companies. Additionally, Tony along with his creative partner George Antzoulides started Dirty Cowboy Productions in 2021. Their docu-webseries Board Lords is dedicated to bringing attention to other visual storytellers. His artwork can be seen on the screen in the opening montage of the 2012 Academy Award
winning film Argo (see clip above).
