Tony was hired by The New York Times Magazine to help bring this project to life. Initially, the publication planned to work solely with an illustrator, but they quickly realized the historians' accounts, while fascinating, lacked the visual storytelling needed to engage readers. Tony was brought in to design and stage each story through detailed storyboards, transforming historical narratives into compelling visual sequences.
Tony is publishing two books with Simon & Schuster/Arcturus Publishing.
His coloring book, Fast Cars, will be available in stores in November 2026, followed by Storyboard Process Book: How to Create Storyboards for Action, slated for release in January 2027.
